We are currently seeking a new local sponsor for our Swimmer of the Month trophies for 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young athletes and gain visibility within our club and wider community.

Nifty 50’s Open Meet
Thetford Dolphins will be hosting our Nifty 50’s Open Meet on Sunday 13th September at Breckland Leisure Centre. More information will be added to our website in due course.
Pre Pool Warm Up
All swimmers are encouraged to complete the 15‐minute pre‐pool warm‐up before each session. These routines support mobility, flexibility, and overall readiness for training.
How To Join
